Submission does not mean acceptance, and also does not imply that any type of information that is considered will be acted upon.
“Work”, “Output”, refers to the services that Directory Manual Submission provides for their clients. This includes, but is also not limited to, link building, submissions and writing content.

Any differences within this contract must be agreed in writing by both parties before becoming active.
The terms that have been stated herein are applied to any type of contractual dealings between Directory Manual Submission and the client, which is the person(s) purchasing products or services from Directory Manual Submission.

Directory Manual Submission are responsible for completing the work that has been agreed between the client and Directory Manual Submission. If payment is not made by the client, Directory Manual Submission is not responsible for completing submissions and/or work.
Directory Manual Submission shall act in good faith and will, and will protect our clients business interests during the completion of work.

The client must complete the payment that has been agreed prior to the starting of work.
The client is liable for any work that Directory Manual Submission completes, and for any loss that is believed was incurred by direct or indirect results of working with Directory Manual Submission. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of good will, loss of revenue or loss of anticipated profits.
The client may not cancel any work after they have entered into a contract for a specific service or product offered by Directory Manual Submission.
